Moxibustion

The Chinese word for acupuncture literally translates to "Needling, Moxa". Moxibustion may be lesser known in Western civilization but it's equally as important to the foundation of acupuncture. There are more than 25 methods of moxibustion therapy. Moxibustion is a great alternative for those who are uneasy about needling.
